IBPS Clerk 2019 Dates, Pattern & Syllabus

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) releases its calendar every year in the month of January and conducts a two-step examination to carry out the recruitment process of Clerk in various Public Sector Banks of India. As mentioned in the IBPS Calendar 2019, IBPS Clerk Preliminary and Mains Examinations are scheduled to be held in December 2019 and January 2020 respectively. Both the steps involve objective type tests viz. IBPS Clerk Prelims Exam and IBPS Clerk Main Exam which are followed by the Document Verification the final phase of the IBPS Clerk Examination. IBPS Clerk 2019 Exam Dates

IBPS Clerk 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at SSC/ HSC/Intermediate/ Graduation level. Candidate should possess a certificate in proof of passing the qualifying examination.

Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
